| | In Deutschland sind Teen-Courts eine mit viel Hoffnung betrachtete Neuigkeit - wie immer, wenn Innovationen aus den USA herüberkommen. Die Staatsanwaltschaft kann "von der Verfolgung absehen", wenn erzieherische Maßnahmen bereits durchgeführt oder eingeleitet sind. Das kann z.B. ein Teen-Court sein. Teen-Courts gibt es in Bayern, Hamburg, Hessen, NRWE, Sachsen und Schleswig-Holstein. Für 2007 geplant: Sachsen (Bautzen) und Sachsen-Anhalt. Man fragt sich, ob es ein Bundesland geben könnte, das die Rolle Connecticuts einnimmt. |
