Andreas von Hirsch (* 16. Juli 1934, Zürich) ist ein deutscher Straftheoretiker und Rechtsphilosoph, der die englische Staatsbürgerschaft annahm und seinen Vornamen in Andrew änderte, bis er mit der Gründung und Leitung der Forschungsstelle für Strafrechtstheorie und Strafrechtsethik an der Goethe-Universität Frankfurt am Main (2009) nach Deutschland zurückkehrte und auch seinen ursprünglichen Namen wieder annahm. | |||
