Actually having used nearly all the major family tree company's over the last 5 or so years MyHeritage has been the worst by far. Anyone using this company is bound to be frustrated and wasting much of their time and then you get ripped off. I would rate them a zero out of any number you would like to think of and todays experience has confirmed it.

I would STRONGLY advise new users to read the on-line FORUM pages on myheritage BEFORE signing up. There are ALWAYS complaints about accounts and lack of service, I think if they were registered in Australia the ACCC would shred them. When I jioned ( afew years ago) I sent a bank Cheque -- not credit card as I thought they would have auto re-new. And once they got your money its very hard to get it back from ISRAEL-- (David Wise)

Dean is offering to fix peoples issues here but he won't answer legitimate questions relating to MyHeritage service complaints. Please be cautious as this company are still scammers. Don't give them your credit card details
