Douglas N. Husak (*11. Juni 1948, Cleveland, Ohio) ist US-amerikanischer Rechtsphilosoph und Autor zahlreicher Bücher und akademischer Schriften. Er ist Professor am Institute for Law and Philosophy an der Rutgers University.
Der us-amerikanische Philosoph Douglas N. Husak widmet sich den Grenzen des Strafrechts und insbesondere der Frage nach der rechtsphilosophischen Basis von Anti-Drogengesetzen.
